May is Mental Health Awareness Month; however, mental health is important year-round. We want to make sure you feel supported during these stressful times. With our month-long initiative, we focus on providing tips, testimonials, videos, and resources on mental health.

Our goal is to bring awareness and destigmatize mental health within the community!

In partnership with more than 1600 brands, nonprofits, government agencies, and cultural leaders, Aliento is a proud partner in Mental Health Action Day. On this day, we encouraged and empowered people to take the next step for #MentalHealthAction. It’s never too late to join our effort to shift from awareness to action on mental health.
