Expresiones: Finding Myself Through Art

This is Aliento’s third year in partnership with Eisenhower Center for Innovation. This school year we were able to move back to in-person workshops! For this year’s cohort, we chose fellows who exemplified their commitment to growth, leadership, and healing.

At our monthly workshops, we touched on a variety of topics such as identifying emotions, affirmations, self-love, and resilience. At each workshop, the fellows had a chance to explore these different topics through a variety of art mediums.
