NURTURE
Leadership Development
Through Nurture, Aliento creates intentional leadership development opportunities for high school, college, and university students to increase their agency, leadership, and self-advocacy. Our programs offer mentorship, tools, and resources for youth directly impacted by immigration to foster change and inclusivity in their school campus and broader community. We provide paid fellowships & internships for school credit to help create and develop student hubs at high schools, colleges, and universities across Arizona. Every student is a leader, but through our programs, we aim to nurture their leadership potential.
