Prop. 308 allows all students, including Arizona DREAMers, to receive in-state college tuition when a student (a) attended a high school school in Arizona or equivalent for a minimum of two years and (b) graduated from a public school, private school, or homeschool in Arizona or obtained a GED.

Dreamer/ DACA students + returning students (DACA or Dreamer) who attended an AZ high school or equivalent (homeschool) for 2 years and graduated from an AZ high school or obtained a GED

No, Dreamer students are eligible. You must not hold a non-immigrant visa.

Prop. 308 is already in effect, in-state tuition should be reflected in your tuition rate if you qualify.

Ideally, everything will be updated and reflected automatically, but we suggest always meeting with advisor/financial aid office to make sure tuition is reflected accordingly.

Colleges and universities require a high school transcript or a GED to show residency and graduation. Contact your high school front office or counselor for more information on obtaining transcripts.

Yes, it applies to all programs and degrees at state universities and community colleges.

As long as you went to an Arizona high school for 2 years and graduated from an AZ high school, you will qualify for in-state tuition in Arizona even if you went out of state.

Yes, you are eligible for local and state financial aid. You are not eligible for federal aid like FAFSA and Pell Grants.
