New York Judge Nicholas Garaufis Orders to Restore DACA
On December 4th, US Judge Nicholas Garaufis has ordered the Trump administration to fully restore the DACA, instructing DHS to accept new as well as advance parole applications on Monday 12/7/2020. After years of lawsuits, executive orders, and thousands of sleepless nights and tears from the community, the DACA program will finally reopen.

This morning, the United States’ Supreme Court announced their decision on the DACA case. By a margin of 5-4 the Supreme Court decided that President Trump did not follow the Administration Procedures Act, thereby keeping the program alive.
