Aliento strongly opposes this lawsuit. The DOJ is attempting to stop Dreamers from accessing Arizona’s public colleges and universities. We want to make it clear that this lawsuit is not a new law, and it has not been implemented. Arizona’s in-state tuition law, which was implemented in 2022, remains in effect.
